Nexo Marketing ("Nexo", "we", "us") operates nexomarketing.ca and provides done-for-you email and SMS marketing services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your rights are. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and anti-spam legislation (CASL).

1. What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, and anything you write in your message (such as your list size).
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Clients: billing details, business information, and access credentials you share with us so we can run your email channel.
• Usage data: basic analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) collected via cookies or similar technologies.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver our services.
• To send you our newsletter, but only if you signed up, and every email includes an unsubscribe link (as CASL requires).
• To invoice, process payments, and keep records the law requires us to keep.
• To understand how our site is used and improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.

3. Your subscribers' data

When we run email marketing on behalf of a client, the client's subscriber lists remain the client's property. We process that data only on the client's instructions, only to deliver the contracted services, and we never use one client's list for another client or for ourselves.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to operate, for example our email sending platform, payment processor, and analytics provider. They may store data outside Canada (typically in the United States) and are bound by their own privacy obligations. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember things like whether you've dismissed our newsletter pop-up. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

6. Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it. We protect it with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted access and encrypted services. No method is 100% secure, but we take it seriously.

7. Your rights

8. Children

Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
